• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• For bookings from 20 December 2026 to 10 January 2027, a 50% non-refundable advance payment is required, with no date changes permitted under any circumstances.
• Failure to settle required payments within the stipulated timelines may result in automatic cancellation.
