9. Cardholder shall present the Sampath Bank credit card used for booking and a valid NIC/Passport (Sri Lankan) upon check-in for verification.

11. 100% of payment is required at point of booking to confirm the reservation.

The bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the cardholder directly with the Hotel and any claim by the cardholder against the Hotel will not relieve the cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

15. Spending made under above promotion will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultramiles & Ultra Rewards loyalty points.

16. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
