3. All bookings must be made exclusively through the central reservation line.

4. 100% of the payment will be deducted at the time of making the reservation.

5. This offer is non-refundable and once the booking date is confirmed, date cannot be altered.

6. Cardholder must be present at the duration of booked stay period for the offer to be valid.

7. Reservations will be confirmed subject to availability.

8. Discount will not be applicable on upgrades, extras and supplements.

9. The offer is not valid for corporate events / functions.

10. The offer will not be applicable on pre-confirmed bookings made prior to the promotional date.

The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Hotel and any claim by the Cardholder against the Hotel will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.
