11. The Cardholder should be present at the hotel throughout the stay.

12. Cardholder shall present the Sampath Bank credit card used for booking and a valid NIC/Passport (Sri Lankan) upon check-in for verification.

13. The offer can be availed only if the Customer mentioned at the time of check-in or checkout.

14. Meals shall be served either à la carte or buffet style based on hotel occupancy, at the discretion of hotel management.

15. No name changes will be permitted once payment is made.

16. The offer is not valid for corporate events / functions.

17. The standard children's policy / cancellation policy shall be applicable to this Offer, in accordance with the standard policy of the hotel.

18. Offer shall not apply to additional food and beverages, other services, including the SPA and recreational consumed at the property.

19. 100% of payment on non-refundable basis is required at point of booking to confirm the reservation.

20. All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

21. Rates are inclusive of taxes imposed by the Government of Sri Lanka at the time of booking.

22. Rates may be subject to revision prior to confirmation of booking without prior notice.

24. Discounts /Offer will not be applicable for extras & meals other than those entitled for on the basis booked, child or other supplements.

25. Bank/Hotel shall not be responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges, and expenses that a Cardholder may suffer, sustain or incur by availing to this Offer.

26. The offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.

27. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Hotel and any claim by the Cardholder against the Hotel will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

28. Spending made under above promotion will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultramiles & Ultra Rewards loyalty points.

29. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank and Shangri-La Hotels Lanka (Pvt) Ltd shall apply.

30. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
