1. The offer will be valid only for all Sampath Mastercard & Visa Credit Cardholders and Sampath Bank American Express® Platinum Ultramiles Credit Cardmembers (Excluding corporate cards).

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard or Visa Credit Card or Sampath Bank American Express® Platinum Ultramiles Credit Card.

3. Blackout dates may apply during the promotion period.

4. Offer valid maximum to 05 room bookings per Cardholder during the promotion period.

5. 50% payment will have to be done from the card at the time of booking to confirm.

6. Advance Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

7. Cardholder must be present at the duration of booked stay period for the offer to be valid.

8. Reservations will be confirmed subject to availability.

9. Discount will not be applicable on upgrades, extras and supplements.

10. The offer is not valid for corporate events / functions.

11. The offer will not be applicable on pre-confirmed bookings made prior to the promotional date.

12. The offer cannot be combined with any other existing offer.

13. The offer will be valid on local standard room rates and will not apply on any special promotional rate.

14. Spending made under above promotion will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultramiles & Ultra Rewards Loyalty points.

15. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Hotel and any claim by the Cardholder against the Hotel will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.
