1. The offer will be valid only for payments made via Google Pay (GPay) using Sampath Mastercard or Visa Credit or Debit Card.

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled via Google Pay with using Sampath Mastercard or Visa Credit or Debit Card.

3. Maximum cashback per cardholder Rs. 1,000/- during the promotion period.

4. Cashback will not be credited instantly at the point of transaction.

5. Cashback applicable for Sampath Credit Cardholders will be credited to the respective credit card account and will be reflected in the subsequent credit card statement within 30 days from the end of the promotional period.

6. Cashback applicable for Sampath Debit Cardholders will be credited directly to the linked savings account within 30 days from the end of the promotional period.

7. Reversed, cancelled, or disputed transactions will not be eligible for cashback.

8. The offer cannot be combined with any other existing offer.

9. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.

10. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the partner and any claim by the Cardholder against the partner will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

11. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank & partners shall apply.

12. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.
