• Promotional bookings purchased cannot be resold.
• Promotional fares are not applicable for infants.
• Bookings need to be made and confirmed at least 3 days prior to departure.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Prices are subject to availability and may vary without prior notice.
• Prices are not guaranteed until payment has been made in full, tickets have been issued and received by the customer.
• Bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• No online booking fees.
• 15% off flight fare discount is not applicable for offline bookings, low-cost airline carriers and everyday low category.
• Any amendments or cancellations made following the issuance of a ticket may incur cancellation charges, penalties and a fare difference if applicable.
• Visa, meals, baggage, seat allocation and bassinets are not included unless otherwise specified.
• All travellers must have valid visas including transit visa; passports or re-entry permits as per the regulations of the immigration and other government authorities. Unless otherwise stated by the traveller at the time of booking, it will be assumed that the traveller meets all requirements as stated above. Therefore, any penalties, fines or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the traveller's sole responsibility.
• Expenses/losses incurred after the issuance of tickets as a result of flight changes, cancellations, delays, luggage losses, natural disasters, supplier/airlines insolvency, etc. is not covered by Crazy Jets. The passenger is responsible for obtaining travel insurance to cover such circumstances.
• You confirm that you have read the full list of terms of conditions available at crazyjets.com, the conditions of carriage of the ticket-issuing airline and agree to comply with Crazy Jets booking conditions.

HNB INSTALLMENT PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The card member may perform single/multiple purchase(s) and request for easy payment plans up to 12 (Twelve) months, provided the single transaction is Rs.10,000 to Rs.1 Mn, and such transaction value is within the available balance and authorized limit of the credit card at the time of performing the transaction.
• In order to enjoy the installment facility, the purchases must be performed during the Promotional Period and informed to the call center, via calling 0112 462 462 or visit https://hnb.lk/personal/cards/value-added-services/easy-payment-plans & provide the date of such transaction, the name of the merchant and the value of such transaction and the same will be reflected in the customer’s next credit card statement.
• The customers must Convert the Transaction within 5 calendar days from the date of performing the transaction. Eg. Transaction performed on 26th December 2026 should be informed on/ or before the 31st December 2026 to HNB Call Centre, on 011 2462 462 or visit https://hnb.lk/personal/cards/value-added-services/easy-payment-plans to convert it to easy payment plan.

IMPORTANT – In the event that transactions made 5 days prior to billing cycle are to be converted to Easy Payment Plans, they will be converted only during the next billing period. In this instance, the cardholder will be required to settle the amount stated in the statement. The installment plan will come into effect from the next billing cycle onwards.

• The Transaction must be within the customers approved Credit Limit & transactions performed by depositing funds over the credit limit will not be eligible for this promotion.
