1. This offer is valid only for all Sampath Visa Infinite Metal, Visa Infinite, Visa Signature, Mastercard World Credit Cardholders & Sampath Bank American Express® Platinum Ultramiles Credit Cardmembers.

2. To enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with Sampath Visa Infinite Metal, Visa Infinite, Visa Signature, Mastercard World Credit Card or Sampath Bank American Express® Platinum Ultramiles Credit Card.

3. Cardholders should contact the Bank Call Centre via 0112314814 within 30 days from the transaction date to convert the transaction into a 06 Months Extended Settlement Plan after making the payment to a participating Merc-Stop outlet.

4. In order to convert the transaction, the minimum transaction value shall be LKR 25,000/- and maximum value per transaction shall be LKR 1,000,000/-.

5. Until the customer request is received and the transaction is converted by the Bank, any interest already charged on account of the transaction will not be reversed.

6. All installment amounts paid are non-refundable and each installment period of the payment plan as approved by the Bank may not varied.

7. Once submitted, the details of the installment plan requested above cannot be changed and part acceleration is not allowed.

8. Offer will not applicable for gift voucher purchases and already discounted items.

9. Offer(s) cannot be combined with any other existing offers.

10. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/ services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the cardholder directly with the Partner and any claim by the cardholder against the Partner will not relieve the cardholder from his/ her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

11. Spending made under above promotions will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultra Rewards Loyalty points.

12. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank & Merc-Stop Automotive Solutions (pvt) Ltd shall apply.

13. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
