1. This offer will be valid for Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit & Debit Cardholders (Excluding Sampath Corporate Credit Cards).
2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with Sampath Visa/Mastercard Credit or Debit Card.
3. Offer valid only for Dine-in & Take Away on A La Carte Purchase and applicable to food only.
4. Offer not valid on beverages or tobacco products.
5. Offers are not valid for corporate events/functions.
6. Offers cannot be combined with any other existing offers.
7. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the partner and any claim by the Cardholder against the partner will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.
8. Spending made under the above promotion will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultra Rewards Loyalty points.
